• Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
USAMBS does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in or consent status — with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes.
Information you provide to USAMBS, including through our text messaging program, is used solely by USAMBS to communicate with you about our own services. We do not disclose this information to outside companies, affiliates, or data brokers so that they may market their own products or services to you.

• With service providers and messaging platform/aggregator partners who help us operate the Site and deliver text messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service
